The staff was really helpful and attentive, from the hotel manager to the service staff. the room was a good size and had a queen bed with a view of the trash or backyard. the prices for drinks were reasonable.

Modern, very nice rooms. Comfortable bed, good facilities. Nice hotel bar. Very nice location. Cleanliness was OK.

It was very noisy at night from the outside, bad windows. Minibar was partially not refilled. Evacuation at night due to false alarm - no information, no reaction from staff and no apology. Staff at the reception not very hospitable.

Being walk from the central station makes it easy to travel. The rooms are compact and big size, the bed is exceptionally comfortable.

There is dust in some places.

Big room - bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were amazingly nice, outstandingly accommodating. The location was marvellous, for example, Times Square was at a short distance from the hotel.

The room seemed a little small.

had a lovely stay at a great hotel with large windows and good light. The staff was amazing and the location was ideal for exploring the city. exceeded my expectations after a previous stay in New York. loved it at Maxwell New York City.

The room of the hotel was cheap and decent sized with the bathroom, 4 windows plus a view to the trash. The food was outstanding for breakfast. Great service was provided here. The location was favourable and incredible to Central Park and the atmosphere was cozy. Had lunch/dinner at Ny Luncheonette, which I found a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

It had dull views.
